Eric Klein started his career in data management systems and GIS in 2005 working as a technologist on large scale development projects for global engineering leader CH2M HILL. At CH2M HILL, Eric was able to leverage his business management  training and GIS background to create and lead the Southeast Regional GIS Energy Practice. In 2011, CH2M HILL divested their GIS and Application Development practice to form a standalone company, Critigen.  At Critigen, Eric grew the Energy Practice to a national scale and added functional disciplines to the team; including Survey, Application Development and Business Consulting. Since joining Global Information Systems in May of 2013, Eric has continued to gain experience in the Energy Industry by expanding the service and solution offerings of the Atlanta office, spearheading the deployment of new technologies and extending services to new customers. By working directly with customers as long-term partners, Eric is able to understand their business needs and provide resources and solutions that meet their unique needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
